About Irons Mill
Irons Mill Farmstead started hosting weddings in the summer of 2014. The original barn, built in the 1940s, has been renovated and transformed with beautifully finished wood interiors and exteriors, breathtaking lighting that include three hanging crystal chandeliers, and entrances and windows framed with romantically draped fabric. Our wedding barn paired with our experienced team, creates once in a lifetime experiences for our couples. Irons Mill Farmstead has seen the beauty of the venue increase with the love and joy that each event brings, and we are so excited to share our venue with you.
Meet
Natalie
Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am the Director of Weddings at Irons Mill Farmstead. I support our couples from their initial interest in Irons Mill and through the planning process to the big day! I graduated from Westminster College in 2018 with an undergraduate degree in marketing and with my MBA in 2020. I have always loved weddings and dreamed of working in the industry. I was thrilled when the opportunity arose to work at such a beautiful and unique venue. In 2024, I went through my own wedding process, so I understand the importance of your special day and ensure we can help make your wedding beautiful and stress free! I am more excited than ever to help our Irons Mill couples plan the best day of their lives!

Meet The Millirons
Living in a town north of Pittsburgh and having both worked in the finance world, we had a desire to one day own a farm where we could raise our children. We dreamed of starting a business on the farm that would allow us to work together as a family, be a blessing to other families, and showcase our beautiful community. So in 2009, we left the life that we knew and embarked on a new adventure. Our new home was an old beef and crop farm in beautiful Amish country..... New Wilmington, PA.
As first generation farmers, we began our journey by growing our very first garden. It was a half acre garden and that first year we had enough tomatoes to feed most of Lawrence and Mercer counties! We also began raising cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, donkeys, ponies, and chickens. Our family learned very quickly those first couple of years that we didn't know much at all! Our appreciation for all farmers grew so much during those first few years.
Since moving to the farm in 2009, and seeing the original barn that was built in the 1940s, we (mainly Stacy!), dreamt of one day holding weddings on the property. After opening and running a successful fall business for two seasons (visit the page here!) we decided it was time to renovate the barn. The barn transformed from a space that held hay, supplies and tractors to the weddings barn you see today. Over the years we have continued to improve the wedding barn for couples and guests' experiences. We are excited to share in all of our couples love stories!
